Product Owner - Digital Team


We're seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Digital team, responsible for ensuring the quality and operational excellence of our platform used by banking advisors. As a Product Owner, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, with a strong emphasis on reliability, testing, and user support. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and drive the squad's agile governance.


Requirements:

  • Proven expertise as Product Owner or Scrum Master
  • Familiarity with DevOps and Agile tools (Azure DevOps, TFS)
  • Understanding of digital product development lifecycle
  • English language - Fluent in communication and writing (French is a plus but not required)
  • Asset Management or broader financial services experience (strongly preferred)
  • PSPO certification (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Team management skills (position involves managing 3-5 developers working on various projects)


Responsibilities:

  • Define, write, and execute comprehensive test plans for every new feature
  • Coordinate with stakeholders during testing phases to validate that developments meet business requirements
  • Translate business needs into detailed User Stories, including clear acceptance criteria and edge-case management
  • Prioritize technical and functional tickets to maximize the efficiency of each sprint
  • Facilitate the daily life of the squad (Daily Stand-ups, Grooming, Retrospectives, and Sprint Demos)
  • Act as the first point of contact for user-reported incidents and production bugs
  • Create and maintain up-to-date user guides, internal functional documentation, and knowledge bases
