Business Expert Remarketing
Onze Remarketing-afdeling werkt als een zelfstandige commerciële entiteit – met een aparte activiteit, speciale verkoopkanalen en een uniek netwerk van klanten en partners. Deze afdeling speelt een sleutelrol in het verbeteren van de efficiëntie en het maximaliseren van de waarde van onze voertuigenportefeuille.
We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een business expert in remarketing om ons team te versterken en onze B2B- en B2C-kanalen te ondersteunen. Your role
In the ever-changing automotive industry, driven by data and automation, the Business Expert in Remarketing will support the Remarketing department in three key areas:
- Data – Analysing and using data in order to improve performance and decision-making.
- Computer-based tools – Helping to manage and improve the digital sales platforms and internal systems.
- Communication – Contributing to improving communication and the customer experience.
Your key responsibilties:
Data analysis and reporting support
- Track and analyse remarketing performance data in order to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Improve data quality and consistency for more effective decision-making.
- Provide regular reports and analyses in order to help the team to optimise performance.
Contribution to improving processes
- Assess the existing remarketing processes and propose improvements.
- Take part in continuous improvement initiatives in order to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Support the deployment of new strategies to increase resale value and reduce vehicle turnaround time.
Support for computer-based tools and for projects
- Assist in managing and improving the existing digital platforms (such as B2B and B2C sales platforms, Core Leasing System and CRM tools).
- Participate in testing and implementing new digital solutions.
- Ensure data consistency and seamless system integration.
Communication and collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Business Transformation, Legal and Finance) to align objectives and strategies.
- Assist with customer communications and enhancing the customer experience.
- Coordinate with the Arval international network around sharing best practices and aligning remarketing processes.
Skills and qualifications
- You have a Master's-level educational qualification, having completed both the intellectual development and work-related components, or you have at least five years of professional experience.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills — Ability to analyse data and identify strategic solutions.
- Proactive mindset — Focused on learning and continuous improvement.
- Independent work and teamwork — Ability to manage your work independently, while also working effectively with others.
- Expert knowledge of analysis tools — Advanced proficiency in using analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar).
- You can engage in project-focused work. Therefore, you must take a structured, methodical and analytical approach, and you are able to see a project through to completion.
- You want to learn and dig into things. You are able to set priorities.
- You have excellent communication skills and convey information clearly and concisely. You have persuasion skills and can influence a process.
