As we continue to expand our NBFI & PSP franchise, we are seeking an experienced Cash Management Sales director to drive growth with these client segments. 
 
 Your role 
 As Cash Management (CM) Sales Director, you will be responsible for originating, developing and managing strategic relationships with NBFIs, PSPs, Fintechs and start ups. You will build a strong pipeline and convert these into wins. 

You will identify client needs, structure complex transaction banking solutions, and partner closely  with Relationship managers, Product management, Compliance, Operations, Service and Implementation teams to deliver industry-leading solutions. 


 Your responsibilities
 
 Commercial action plan:
 Develop and implement the commercial action plan for the cash management portfolio under management, in close cooperation with the Relationship Managers, to ensure increase of share of wallet and client retention.
 
 Client and product skills:
 Originate strive for a comprehensive understanding of cash management issues, client routines and behavior, to ensure best cash management solutions and cost efficiency to both clients and the bank;
 
 Cash management market representation:
 Initiate marketing related actions or communication to promote cash management product offering locally; represent BNP Paribas in inter-bank groups or associations in relation with cash management;

 Who you are

You are results-driven professional with strong sales and relationship management skills

You have a proven experience servicing NBFIs and PSPs

You have experience in Cash management 
 You have strong communication skills, verbally and in writing
 You are fluent in English and Dutch
