Position Purpose | |||||
Context:As a highly visible and strategically important Project Manager within our international organization, you will be responsible for leading, integrating, and setting up new Salesforce and Genesys teams within Arval Tech Centre India (ATCI). This role plays a critical part in accelerating Arval’s global transformation and strengthening our delivery capabilities in India. You will work closely with teams across ATCI, onshore Salesforce & Genesys stakeholders, and our external growth partners to deploy scalable, efficient, and high‑performing team setups. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless integration, effective governance, and robust operational readiness for all Salesforce & Genesys deliveries. Direct Responsibilities · Lead the end‑to‑end setup of Salesforce and Genesys teams at ATCI. · Define team structures, roles, capabilities, and onboarding plans · Coordinate knowledge transfer from onshore teams and external partners · Ensure alignment with Arval’s global delivery model and IT governance. · Act as the primary point of contact between ATCI, onshore Salesforce & Genesys teams, and external partners · Manage high‑visibility programs with clear communication to senior leadership · Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource planning · Facilitate regular steering committees, project reviews, and updates · Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, delivery capability, and team maturity · Build and present business cases to support growth initiatives. · Co‑create and maintain a visible, actionable roadmap for Salesforce & Genesys capability building in India. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across international teams · Ability to drive change in fast‑evolving environments with multiple partners | |||||

(English language) · Language skills: English (mandatory) · No regular international travel is expected · A knowledge of agile methodology is an advantage · A previous experience in BNPP Group is a plus (ended before 18 month ago) · 3 to 8 years of experience in project management is considered necessary · Experience working with contact center or customer service platforms (Genesys is a plus). · Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, workflows, integration patterns, APIs.
