Business Intelligence Director
Innovation, professional curiosity, and the continuous improvement of processes make Cardif a pioneering and unique company. We are looking for professionals who want to join the challenge from the BI area and enhance the business strategy through data analysis.
Design and implement the business intelligence strategy to structure and evolve data visualization towards descriptive analytics and the generation of actionable insights that strengthen decision-making across the organization. Consolidate a unified data vision, promoting the use of advanced visualization platforms, a self-service culture, and agile methodologies.
Main responsibilities
- Lead the design of data visualization, promoting modern standards for data utilization.
- Provide support to company areas, as well as commercial and strategic teams, in defining their analytical and visualization needs.
- Design descriptive and analytical models that enable the identification of behavior patterns, growth opportunities, and efficiency.
- Structure and maintain executive dashboards focused on decision-making and narrative visualization.
- Promote the adoption of self-service analytics (Self-service BI) within the organization by training users and key departments.
Professional Profile:
1. Professionals with experience in Analytics or BI roles.
2. Experience in designing analysis models, generating insights, and visualization.
3. Experience in commercial, financial, insurance, or technology sectors.
4. Proven experience managing analytics-impact projects and working with multidisciplinary teams.
