Cardif Servicios, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas, is the company responsible for providing IT services based on the needs and requests of LATAM entities, meeting competitive SLAs, fostering synergies, rationalizing costs, and keeping risk under control. 

 In line with this, the aim is to enhance the technology teams, and we have opened this position for a Senior Systems Analyst.

 Main objectives:
 1. Provide level 3 support for applications
 2. Follow up with countries on business initiatives
 3. Manage delivery to countries, including planning and monitoring

Main responsibilities:
- Level 3 application support with analysis, documentation, and solution delivery for Level 2 and/or the end customer
 - Follow-up on country initiatives to sustain the business
 - Manage the delivery of application updates and upgrades to the countries' test and production environments
 - Monitor delivery tracks with schedules, reporting, and meetings
 - Prepare the required documentation to comply with internal standards and audits

 Professional Profile:
 • Completed professional studies in Systems Engineering
 • Knowledge in:

 * Insurance
 * Project Management
 * IT Governance
 * Jira/ Confluence/ SunSystems/ Sharepoint/ Oracle SQL
 * Analysis Methodologies
 * Experience in Financial, Banking, and IT sectors.
