描述

At Cardif Colombia we are looking for our Product and Ecosystems Manager, a key role to lead the evolution of our value proposition, designing and managing solutions that integrate our products within ecosystems and create simple, relevant, and experiential experiences for users.

Position Objective:

Design, evolve, and execute an integrated value proposition that enhances insurability products and solutions through strategic verticals (Retail, Banking, Utilities, Fintech/Neobanks) in which Cardif is strong at a global level. With a focus on competitive differentiation, scalability, and direct contribution to business growth.

Main responsibilities: 

- Align products and services with the business strategy and the needs of the Colombian market. 

- Prioritize value initiatives with impact on revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction. 

- Translate understanding of the market, competition, and benchmark into portfolio decisions. 

- Identify growth opportunities through new verticals (Retail, Utilities, Fintech/Neobanks, among others). 

- Co-create Go-To-Market and joint monetization strategies with Cardif Partners. 

- Drive product adoption through digital channels and strategic alliances.

- Redesign the value proposition with a focus on operational efficiency and user experience. Actively participate in defining assistance and platform services that add value to the Cardif proposition. 

- Optimize the portfolio based on usage data, profitability, and the customer lifecycle.

Requiriment, training and experiencie:

1. Professional in Marketing, Administration, Communication, Engineering, or related fields. Specialization or Master's in Digital Marketing, Growth Hacking, Analytics, or related fields.
2. Frameworks: Jobs to be done; Product-Market Fit, Value Proposition. Digital platforms, Industry analysis, Competitive Intelligence.
3. Experience in managing digital products or B2C or B2B2C ecosystems. Analytical and strategic capability, with knowledge of the financial, insurance, or retail sector. Skills in cross-functional relationships and business partner management.
