About Business line/Function:

The jobholder will be a part of the ISPL CAO Functions team with a global mission to monitor and foster performance at group & division level. The role will require the candidate to act as business partner for business divisions and business lines and support the business strategic steering. The candidate will produce performance management reports with various indicators to support analysis and steering of third-party outsourcing risk performance.

Position Purpose

  • The incumbent will be lead the global design, development and implementation of a Third-Party Outsourcing Risk metrics dashboard across the bank’s regions. The role will ensure that data from multiple systems / repositories and stakeholders is consolidated to provide a single, standardized, and actionable view of supplier risk, performance and compliance. The candidate will drive end-to-end delivery-from requirements gathering to deployment-ensuring alignment with global governance frameworks, regulatory expectations, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

 

Project Planning & Governance

  • Develop and design the project plan, scope, timelines for the global TPRM dashboard initiative.
  • Establish clear governance structures and reporting mechanisms for regional and global stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions through defined standards

 

Requirements Gathering & Design

  • Partner with global TPRM leads, IT, TPRM SSC and risk teams to define business and functional requirements
  • Identify key metrics, KPI’s and data visualization needs to support effective third-party outsourcing risk management 
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for dashboard design.
  • Ensure alignment of the dashboard with global TPRM Policies, regulatory expectations (e.g. ECB Outsourcing guidelines etc.) and internal audit standards.
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and governance control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support continuous improvement post-implementation to enhance insights and usability.

 

Implementation & Execution:

  • Oversee development and integration of data from multiple sources (R360, Share portals, SSC Dashboard etc.)
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, data validation, and quality checks before rollout.
  • Drive adoption across teams & territories to ensure seamless transition to BAU
  • Ensure aligned project status/progress is shared amongst the project community.
  • Identify risk & issues and propose a mitigation action plan.
  • Raise alerts / escalate issues / review the roadmap if required.
  • Monitor the feedback from contributors and adjust when required.
  • Prepare and chair governance bodies, produce adequate reporting, communicate.

 

Completion phase:

  • Collect feedback from project participants.
  • Identify good practices/factors of success and fields of improvement.
  • Update project management toolkit with lessons learnt.

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the single point of contact between business, technology, and regional teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder updates.
  • Manage expectations, communicate progress and resolve issues promptly.

 

Key Deliverables:

  • Standard Outsourcing Coordination – Dashboard with standardized risk indicators and visualizations.
  • Data integration model linking third-party risk sources across business lines and regions.
  • Governance and communication plan with regular reporting cadence.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  • Good knowledge of our environment (products, markets, practices, processes, systems, organization and people).

  • PowerBI Delivery - Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of PowerBI reports, dashboards, and data models.
  • PowerBI Expertise - Proven hands-on experience designing and delivering PowerBI dashboards and data models.
  • Data & Analytics Knowledge: Understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and relational databases.
  • Experience with data visualization best practices and storytelling.
  • Ability to deliver the various phases (framing, study / design, execution, completion/closure) of large / complex projects. 
  • Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, and financial industry compliance requirements (e.g., BCBS 239, IFRS9 for reporting
  • Ability to develop a culture of planning, be able to keep a direction to meet the deadlines in an autonomous manner.
  • Ability to take decisions linked to the project when necessary and when it goes under PM mandate.
