Financing Solutions, Implementation & Monitoring - Graduate Middle Office - Wealth Management (12 months, starting August 2026)
This position will be based in Geneva and requires a Swiss residency.

Success hinges on the full commitment of our team and key stakeholders. We are currently searching for a Graduate Middle-Officer within the Implementation and Monitoring Team to lead this journey.
GENERAL MISSION/ROLE OVERVIEW
The specific Candidate will:
- Support the Real Asset Structuring and Implementation Financing Solutions Teams in the legal implementation and ongoing monitoring of residential real estate financing (for debts under EUR 10 million).
- Assist the Lombard & Implementation Financing Solutions team with the legal and system implementation of standard terms and conditions, including Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC).
The role focuses on standard contractual structuring, the rigorous respect of contractual conditions and validity of the collateral/system management. This will ensure full compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
As the position operates in an international and multi-jurisdictional environment, full proficiency in the following languages is imperative:
- French, German, English: Fluent level.
- Writing Skills: Ability to draft credit documentation in all three languages.
1. REAL ESTATE FINANCING
Implementation
- Provide high-quality middle-office support to the Financing Solutions team ensuring smooth transaction processing, accurate asset monitoring and timely client (internal and external) service.
Contractual Structuring: Based on templates provided by BNPP Legal, drafting of main terms and conditions into the loan agreements and all necessary security package (in appendices) based on the jurisdiction of the real estate property.
- Collateral Management: Verification of the implementation of all securities, guarantees, covenants, and commitments specified in the credit decisions into the legal documentation and respective internal systems. Coordination with third parties (notaries, lawyers, insurance companies).
- Systems Operationalization:
- Data entry and codification within internal systems.
- Transmission of instructions to relevant teams and management of fund transfers.
- Documentation: Scanning and archiving of original documents (legal documentation & security package) as per the Bank’s guideline/internal safe-keeping rules.
Portfolio Management & Monitoring
- Guarantee Monitoring : Monitoring of mortgage deeds (receipt, reminders, and verification).
- Controls & Reporting:
- Production of the quarterly WM Mortgage Portfolio report.
- Quarterly review of maturities and status of mortgage guarantees.
- Insurance: Management and monitoring of home/building insurance policies, notification of the Bank's rights to insurers, and system codification.
- Amendments: Drafting of loan amendments, documentary verification, and coordination with external parties.
- Ensure that the Bank’s guidelines, internal processes, regulatory requirements and more globally the bank’s operational risk-framework are followed.
- Promptly report to the hierarchy any dysfunction or problem that may affect the good and sound reputation of the Bank and/ or the clients’ satisfaction.
Repayments & Closures
- Repayment Management: Processing of requests, calculation of early repayment penalties as per the indication provided ba the Cash Management internally, and drafting of repayment statements.
- Administrative Closure: Drafting of non-renewal or termination letters.
- Releases & Restitution: Retrieval of archived original documents, drafting of repayment certificates, and management of the release of mortgages, pledges, and insurance.
2. LOMBARD FINANCING
Implementation
- Contractual Structuring: Drafting of loan agreements (new loans and amendments).
- Collateral Management: Verification of covenants and commitments specified in the credit decisions.
- Systems Operationalization:
- Data entry and codification within internal systems.
- Transmission of instructions to relevant teams and management of fund transfers.
- Documentation: Scanning and archiving of original documents; tracking and monitoring of legal documentation.
Repayments & Closures
- Repayment Management: Processing of requests and drafting of repayment statements at request.
- Administrative Closure: Drafting of non-renewal or termination letters (at request).
YOUR PROFILE
- Education: Completed (or currently pursuing) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong focus on Law (Business/Corporate Law) or Banking. Candidates must have graduated within the last two years.
- Interest: A passionate interest in Finance and the broader banking sector.
- Experience: Previous experience (internships or entry-level roles) within a financing-related function is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills: fluent in German and English (primary working language), French is an advantage
- Self-motivated and proactive, combined with a strong team spirit
- Ability to set priorities, be flexible, well organized and enjoy working in a dynamic and international environment
