Position Purpose
- APAC Consulting is the in-house strategy and management consulting team, servicing BNP Paribas in APAC, reporting to BNP Paribas APAC CEO
- The main objective of the team is to deliver strategic projects and formulate recommendations for regional management, Business Lines, Coverages, functions and territories in the Asia Pacific region, as well as support APAC CEO with executive presentations to senior management
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and take full ownership on assigned projects and / or large modules in complex projects, under supervision of a Director or the Head of APAC Consulting team
- Manage and coach junior team members within projects
- Produce high quality deliverables
- Deliver impactful and actionable recommendations
- Work in co-design model with clients while developing legitimacy to challenge clients constructively and bring new ideas and perspectives
- Progressively build client trustworthiness at mid / senior level by demonstrating emotional and situational intelligence, be a trusted advisor to clients
- Contribute to generate a positive and motivating team spirit within the team
- Actively contribute to team development through contributing to the team transversalities

Specific Qualifications Required
- Educational background: Graduate from Tier 1 University, Business or Engineering school
- Professional experience: Min. 8 years of relevant experience (external or in-house management consulting, strategy analyst)
- Banking industry knowledge is preferrable.
- Languages: Fluency in oral and written English
