Key Responsibilities 

• Support & back up the Head of the desk in all key responsibilities.
• Develop desk strategy & budgets 
• Manage risk limits and risk management
• Oversea product development & technology
• Manage talent retention,  development & recruitment for the team
• Own senior client relationships across institutional & corporate clients
• Work with all key desk stakeholders e.g.,,  2S,  
• Drive cross sell across the growing EQUITY prime,  cash & EQD businesses
• Ensure effective communication across the global corridors
• Lead on all compliance, conduct & control matters
