The Securities Services business of BNP Paribas is one of Europe's leading providers of custody services for securities.

The Luxembourg branch plays a major part in its operations, offering clients high value-added services extending from custody to securities lending, fund administration, performance measurement and ratings, and bond issuance services.

 

We are currently looking for a:


Internship Global Regulatory Reporting (H/F)

6 months internship



Your mission


Currently, regulatory reporting encompasses mainly major EU regulations that include PRIIPs, AIFMD and Solvency 2 regulations. Locations involved in the reporting offer comprise Europe and APAC regions mainly and to some extent the Americas.

 

Within the Global Regulatory Reporting Product Management Team based in Luxembourg, your missions will include:

 

- assisting your manager in the repackaging of the evolving Global Regulatory Reporting offer into a more coherent and comprehensive solution targeting global Asset Managers and Asset Owner organisations. Transversal interactions with other teams will be key for the success in your role. Market and competition research will be part of your mission.

 

- supporting the projects currently ongoing, by following up that all key milestones achieved are adequately documented. Be a force of proposal to the ongoing reflection on projects structuration adequacy. 

 

- working on the production of collateral for internal & external communication to raise GRR awareness in and outside the firm (e.g Pitchbook, product memo, press articles…)

 

-  undertaking ad hoc research missions (RFP/RFI material…)

 

In your role you will be also participating to the key domain meetings for which you may be asked to contribute with the production of supporting documentation as well as with the follow up of the meeting’s decided actions.

 

Your profile

  • University degree in Finance, Economics or Business admin. orientation (ideally Master’s degree).
  • Result-driven, proactive, focused attitude and approach
    Appetite for research; strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Good communication and writing skills (EN mainly, FR being an asset))
    High level of autonomy & proactivity, alongside team player ability
    At ease with Microsoft Office incl. Excel, PPT & Word
