About the job
Main responsibility:
Is a key role in the design and improvement of user experience of reports and data visualizations used for managing enterprise performance management in the different domains of IT. Working on behalf of central IT Governance team creates the KPI reports and visualizations, challenges UX design and trains PF subsidiaries and PF Central users of the Enterprise Performance management solution about how to use the tool and make collaborative evolutions of the KPI visualizations.
In this context, your functions will be:
- Design Reports and Data Visualizations using Power BI and Jedox EPM solution.
- Train and evangelize EPM solution users in PF Subsidiaries & Central on the usage of Jedox EPM solution for KPI calculation and visualization and collaborative building and improvement.
- Advice on UX design of visualizations and challenge the requirements of users.
- Understand users needs in all the domains of IT Governance and advice and design the proper way to cover them with Jedox EPM solution (KPIs, dashboards, reports, etc).
- Work with Jedox EPM development and testing team which will implement the ETL processes and KPI calculation to show in the reports and data visualizations.

What we are looking for:
Good knowledge of:
- Report & Data Visualization in Jedox EPM & Power BI.
- Mockup tools for UX design.
Full understanding of:
- Knowledge of banking industry and processes would be very valuable.
- Knowledge of IT Governance domains (IT financial management, HR, production management, IT Risk, Project Management, IT providers management, …).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience interacting directly with end users.
