👥 WHO WE ARE
We are the ReMInD pillar of MS4U, a cross‑functional unit within BNP Paribas’ Risk and Finance & Strategy functions. Based in Madrid, we develop model performance tools, data‑memory solutions and BCBS239 data‑quality governance across the Group.

🚀 MISSION
As a Data Project Manager, you will support the Data Quality Framework and govern the Forged to Last project stream. You will coordinate committees, track decisions, monitor ECB data obligations and produce KPI reporting. Your work will enhance data reliability, improve regulatory compliance and support model certification processes.

📋 WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Govern the Forged to Last Data Stream: define governance, identify contacts, chair committees, document minutes and track decisions.
• Monitor ECB data obligations: plan follow‑ups, manage dashboards, track risks and produce closing memos.
• Support IMI model certifications: plan DQF deliverables, prepare presentations and help entities answer ECB queries.
• Enhance the Data Quality Framework: enrich the Common Data Dictionary, update the Rules Catalog and coordinate road‑maps.

? WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least 3 years experience in transformation or project‑management roles, preferably in risk data governance or model back‑testing.
• Strong analytical, rigorous and reliable work style; excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English (oral and written) and ability to produce clear technical documentation.
