Would you like to join our international team that delivers end-to-end solutions (applications and operations activities) to businesses of BNP Paribas Personal Finance Group entities around the world?

In a context of maintaining the high level of existing activities while growing the number of international customers, we are looking for our IT PMO / IT Programme Manager.

MISSION

 

You will be the IT entry point for our partnership with Jaguar Land Rover. This demanding partner requires a Personal Finance (PF) entry point that coordinates developments and products launches for 7 European countries within BNP PF and ARVAL. 

In this capacity, you will work with the Mobility Business based in Levallois Perret in France (Auto Business line of BNP PF) to manage the roadmap, secure annual launches, and conduct regular meetings with this partner. Currently, the operational countries are Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be attached to the Central IT Team, composed of an IT Program Director, an IT Program Manager and an IT Test manager, you will join this team as an IT PMO / IT Programme Manager.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Clarifies and challenges the expression of need for the various aspects of the programme.
  • Defines the objectives and deadlines for completion of the projects in the programme.
  • Monitor the project and raise the alerts when necessary.
  • Make the appropriate reports/communications to the project’s stakeholders.
  • Prepare the materials for the different committees (Steering Committee, JMC …).
  • Monitor the budget spent and raise the alerts when is necessary.
  • Manages risks that may arise during the execution of the programme..
  • Manages relationships with all stakeholders and clients of the programme.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You have a minimum 4 years of professional experience in similar IT functions.
  • You possess a strong understanding of the auto credit and/or leasing sectors. 
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is a plus.
  • Agile Certifications is a plus (Scrum Master / Product Owner).
  • ITIL V4 Foundation is a plus.
  • You are engaged in day-to-day activities.
  • You have a transformation mindset, looking for the excellency.
  • You are a Problem-Solving and Decision-Making person, who:

 

 

  • Demonstrates advanced analytical and diagnostic skills dealing with issues that are ambiguous, lack known precedent or appear contradictory.
  • Sees the big picture and is fully aware of technology and business directions.
  • Has department, corporate and group objectives in focus while identifying and removing barriers.

SKILLS

  • Ability to manage a project.
  • Decision making.
  • Ability to understand, explain and support change.
  • Gives and welcomes feedback. Puts success of the business and team above own interest. 
  • Experience in the Finance sector is a plus.
  • Management of the MS Office package (Excel and Power Point knowledge).
  • Management of Clarity, ITSM & PPM tools.
  • Management of SharePoint and Confluence.
  • Fluent level of English is a must. Any other European language is nice to have.
