The position at a glance
Manage access‑management systems at BNP Paribas North America and ensure control over user movements and access to banking systems. The candidate will be responsible for optimizing work processes, in addition to performing requirements analysis; tasks will include project management for the implementation of defined measures and impact analysis.
The missions of the CAM Analyst are:
- To Manage the Access Management systems at BNP Paribas North America and to ensure controls around user movements and access to banks systems.
- To contribute to the production stability and controls sustainability in his/her area
- To contribute to the security analysis activities in his/her scope of expertise
In detail
The team members are responsible of the following activities:
- Responsible for CAM activities for CIB IT Production Americas.
- Responsible for assisting Account management projects.
- Responsible for day to day operational tasks of CAM Team (Provisioning, account management, user on-boarding, mailbox management)
- Responsible for managing Identity Management systems and ensuring their integrity.
- Responsible for managing the internal and external access control activities.
- Ensure the Bank's methodologies and Policies are followed.
- Responsible for developing, publishing and maintaining documentation supporting access management services.
- Responsible for troubleshooting user's account issues via email and/or directly over the phone in an efficient manner.
- Propose, organize improvements/enhancements.
- Make sure the 24/7 support is provided according to the agreements.
- Assist in the associated projects to support the activity
- Deliver and maintain the technical documentation related to the process of CAM team
- Work closely with stakeholders
- Maintain and ensure adherence security policies, procedures, technical baselines, guidelines and control standards
- Participate in both internal and external audits
- Assist in short term projects
- Perform administrative controls
- Support the Service Delivery Management activities
Work Conditions : This position involves standard office working conditions with rotating shifts to provide coverage from 7 a.m. to 3p.m and 11 a.m to 7 p.m, Monday through Friday. It also requires participation in on‑call duties for one week per month.
The strengths and skills that will help you succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in access management.
- 3+ years of scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell).
- Professional working proficiency in French and English languages are required.
- Experience provisioning accounts for market‑data systems, including Tradeweb, DTCC, Intralinks, SEF products, FEDtrade, Broadridge, CME.
- Experience with user onboarding, transfers, and exits.
- Experience using SailPoint and managing international permissions.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory (users, groups, elevated rights), SSO, account access provisioning, and access reviews.
- Ability to deal with crisis situations.
- Ability to work with different teams and drive projects.
- Sound trouble-shooting and/or problem-solving techniques.
- Good interpersonal skills (Initiative, Leadership, etc.).
- Ability to learn and adapt to different circumstances.
- Attentive to the customer requirements.
- Ability to analyze a situation to take a foremost decision with the available information.
