Job Title: Cyber Security Officer
Department: ITG CDF
About Business line/Function: CDF – CISO BUREAU is a unit which making sure that CISO key objectives are in line with Group strategy.
Position Purpose: As a Cybersecurity Officer, you will join the central Cybersecurity department of the BNPP within the ITG\CDF\ AI & DATA CISO team. Your mission is to manage cyber risks for the “AI & IT Innovation” (A3I) department and define AI & Data cyber governance at the group level. You will have global view of the organization’s information systems, their implementation, and IT security optimization for both IT teams and employees.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
· Comprehensive cyber risk coverage: Contribute to and/or lead risk assessments, follow remediation actions and action plans and maintain a consolidated risk view (GRC tools, ServiceNow, CMDB).
· Strengthen security fundamentals: Maintain a full inventory of assets and applications, ensure completeness of security deliverables (risk assessments, testing, documentation) and integrate into Group processes (cyber program, controls, etc.).
· Support project teams and Asset Owners: Support integration of security requirements from early project phases, challenge architectures and technology choices, and promote security best practices adapted to innovative solutions.
· Contribute to A3I cybersecurity governance: Prepare and facilitate risk & cyber committees, and produce reporting and KPIs
· Group AI & Data CISO Scope: Contributes to structuring AI & Data cybersecurity governance at Group level, define and evolve the AI and Data security framework (policies, standards, guidelines), and review/validate sensitive AI solutions deployed within the Group.
Contributing Responsibilities
· Support operational teams in implementing cybersecurity measures and action plans.
· Ensures consistent follow-up of open security action plans.
· Support the A3I department in complying with strict IT security requirements.
· Assist the CISO in leading and driving overall cybersecurity governance.
· Develop security indicators and dashboards to track progress.
· Oversee the testing and validation of internal security controls.
· Support community engagement and governance animation across the organization.
Technical Competencies
· Functional Skills
o Experience in IT Risk and Cyber Security domains in a financial institution demonstrating a high-level of commitment and self-motivation.
o Experience in IT domains
o Knowledge of Applications Security
o Strong demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity, cyber risk and cyber threats
o Risk knowledge and awareness of risks combined with enthusiasm and a genuine interest in the role of Risk Assessment, Risk Analysis in business and providing Risk Opinion as a subject matter expert.
o Working knowledge of global threats to international cyber security,
o Demonstrates a calm professional approach, with a good understanding of delivery within time constraints and the need to escalate/inform departmental management as appropriate.

Specific Qualifications:
· One or more Industry-recognized information Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, GCCC, CISM, CRISC, CEH, OSCP or Security+.
· IT Security tools like Firewalls, IPS, WAF, Endpoint protection, Network security, etc.
· IT Auditing (ISO27001, ISO27005)
