Job Title: Rewards Specialist

Department: Human Resources

Position Purpose: 

As a Rewards Specialist, you will assist in designing, analyzing, and administering rewards programs. This role offers hands-on exposure to total rewards, market benchmarking, and data-driven pay policy initiatives, ideal for early-career HR professionals passionate about talent analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation data collection, analysis, and reporting

• Assist in conducting market salary surveys and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures.
• Help model pay ranges, incentive plans, and equity grants for various employee levels.
• Maintain data quality and controls for compensation data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian regulations

 

• Collaborate with HR business partners on job evaluations and internal equity reviews.
• Contribute to annual appraisal cycle processes, including budget tracking and payout calculations.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for leadership on compensation trends and metrics.


Specific Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with HRIS systems a plus.
• Knowledge of compensation principles, statistics, and Indian statutory regulations.
• 3+ years of experience in managing annual compensation cycles at scale 

•  Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to handle confidential data.
