What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like? 

Perform FICC sales activity for BNPP internal and clients

Primary Role Responsibilities

Associate level sales covering domestic institutional clients for FICC products with focus on Credit

Main products: Flow & Structured FICC products

Main client: Central Bank, Pension/Wealth Funds, Banks, Securities, Insurance & Asset Managements

Responsible for CC generation, client/product coverage, idea generation, regulatory/conduct vigilance, intact teamwork, strong internal/external communication, among others

Other contributions

Communication, Teamwork and Training

- Maintain fluid communication with other teams across the firm

- Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communication skills in a teamwork setting

- Keep all Business Partners in the loop of major organization change that may impact the soundness of operations

- Help Business Partners understand business priorities and requirements

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of process and systems

- Inform management of any major operational incidents, specific risks arising or P&L potential damage and any potential client related conduct/regulatory issues

- Attend relevant regulatory and product/skill training and keep up-to-date with market issuesList 3 or 4 of lesser importance but still significant and which merit recognition

What is required for you to succeed?

Understanding financial market

High level of work ethics and conduct mind set

Professional knowledge of FX, Rates, Credit, Commodity and Equity products and their trade mechanism

Required education/certification/licenses

Undergraduate / Post-Graduate

Experience Level: 2~8 years

Communication skill: English and Korean
