PRIVATE CAPITAL FRANCE STATIC DATA EXPERT WITH FRENCH

Job responsibilities:

• Investigates and performs both types of static data requests: standard and exceptional
• Raises, monitors and analyses all operational or technical issues, which are raised by the team in order to escalate them with relevant parties
• Coordinates the preparation of procedures to maintain up to date instructions
• Oversees the onboarding plan for newcomers
• Maintains and develops professional relations with stakeholders within the BNP group
• Supervises the timeline of improvement ideas' implementation to increase the team and process effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Great command of English (C1) and French (C1)
• Degree in the fields of Finance, Finance and Economy, Accounting
• Over 3 to 5 years in the area of Finance, Finance and Economy, Accounting , Investment Funds
• Ability to cooperate and teamwork focus
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Proactivity
• Risk awareness
• knowledge of tools such as eFront and Hobbart will be considered an advantage
• MS office proficiency
