Team Leader in Private Capital Static Data, Controls and Business Implementation


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in managing a team
  • Ability to inspire others and generate people’s commitment
  • Accuracy and client focus approach
  • Interest in banking operations, experience in Private Capital considered an asset
  • Ability to anticipate business and strategic evolution
  • Self-motivation, willingness to learn and strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English (min. C1 level)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel



 
 Responsibilities:

  • Securing the delivery of static data, static data controls and business implementation processes
  • Ensuring efficient work organization to maintain the team's capacity
  • Managing operational risks in activities performed by the team
  • Maintaining advanced level of technical and process knowledge
  • Coordinating the onboarding of new operational activities
  • Ensuring the staff is trained, all necessary documentation is prepared and controls framework is up to date;
  • Supporting team members' personal development and ensure appropriate level of staff motivation and engagement;
  • Facilitating improvement initiatives to increase the team and process effectiveness.
