Cardif Servicios, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas, is the company responsible for providing IT services based on the needs and requests of LATAM entities, meeting competitive SLAs, fostering synergies, streamlining costs, and keeping risk under control.
To meet these needs, the position of Digital Backbone Director has been opened to join their strategic team.
Position Objective:
Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of the strategic Digital Backbone project, ensuring its correct execution aligned with the ETO Latam strategy, as well as the efficient use of resources and compliance with financial, regulatory, and mandatory requirements. Ensure compliance with the controls established by headquarters, timely delivery of KPIs, and project documentation.
Main responsibilities:
- Define the vision, architecture, and roadmap of the program, aligned with what is defined in the ETO Latam strategic plan and with the parent company
- Ensure the execution of robust program governance, committees defined within the Corporate Governance framework, the generation and timely delivery of the required reports at local, regional, and HO levels, KPIs, Management Indicators to provide reliable and timely information to Senior Management for strategic decision-making. Promote compliance with the dates and deliverables required by HO and/or Region defined in the roadmap.
- Ensure compliance with the rules, policies, local procedures, and Head Office policies applicable to the program and outsourcing of processes
- Monitor the management indicators in order to generate the actions that allow ensuring compliance with the established plans. Carry out the respective escalation of the project execution risks.
- Lead the monitoring of the program budget; controlling budget deviations and reporting in a timely manner for senior management decision-making.
- Set development goals and guidelines for the team assigned to the project. He/She manages the techniques for analysis and decision-making necessary in meeting the objectives of the projects.
Professional profile:
- Professionals with postgraduate studies in project areas or project methodologies, transformation, innovation, reengineering processes, or continuous improvement.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in the financial or insurance sector implementing PMI methodologies, planning, control, and project execution.
- Management of multiple projects simultaneously, creation and monitoring of budgets.
This position will have a scope at the LATAM Cardif level and will report to our LATAM COO.
