CTO - Internship (M/F)

CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES

As an Intern, you will be in a position to provide assistance to the various teams of Corporate Trust Services/Operations.

WHAT’S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?

Your role will be the following: 

• Process tasks related to Agency Services and Common Depositary activities for issues where BNP Paribas Luxembourg Branch acts as a Paying Agent, Common Depositary, or French Paying Agent.
• Acquire a basic understanding of agency services for new issues within international clearing systems.
• Become familiar with the various corporate actions that may occur throughout the life‑cycle of debt issuances.
• Assist vault officers in their day‑to‑day operations.

·         Based in the Ekinox building on the 5th floor, you will join a small team of 5 people with whom you will work closely.

Professional experience and/or degree
